About Production and Shipping

We are a manufacturer brand with industry for  over 20 years.

In general circumstance, we can have an immediate delivery of regular machines for our clients within 30 days, because we have common parts in stock,so for standard forklift we can delivery in very shot time and forsome special order requests we can also try to delivery to you as our confirmed date.

When manufacturing and before shipping,the items will be strictly inspected by QC team and well packed.If the items are damaged when you receive,or if you are not satisfied with the items,please contact us as soon as possible.If the problems are resulted from our party,we will accept return,then arrange replacement or refund.

Cargos will be packed in standard cartons and piled on pallets,or follow your requirements.Shrink wrapping is available as per request .Then the cargos will bedelivered via sea or air.

About Payment

Normally we can work on T/T term or L/C term, sometime Dp term.(1) On T/T term, 30% down payment is required in advance, and 70% balance shall be settled before shipment.or against the copy of original B/L

We are a tender and friendly supplier, never qreedy on windfall profit. Basically, our price remains stable through the year. We only adiust our price based on two situations:(1) The rate of USD: MB varies significantly according to the international currency exchange rates;(2) Manufacturers / factories adiusted the machine price, because of the increasing labor cost and raw materialcost.

About After-sale Service

1. One year warranty, free replacement of accessories
2. Online video guidance
3. Maintenance guidance

We will provide online guidance for repairs and help you check which component is faulty. We will provide you with free replacement parts during the one-year warranty period.
